As I came to work this morning, I noticed a message written on our sign in/out board.

“It’s a GREAT DAY! Make something happen!”

It was early, around 7:45 am, there were only two of us in the office, and as I noticed the motivational writing, I just assumed it was my co-worker’s handy work.   As the other agents started coming in, everyone was questioning, “Who wrote our encouraging memo?”

We have decided it has to be our great, and fearless leader; our broker, Bill Rudd.   He is out of town, but before he left, he wrote us a little note of encouragement.   Saying “great and fearless”, reminds me of The Wizard of Oz, when Dorothy and friends finally bring the witch’s broom back to The Emerald City, with anticipation of their wish for going home being granted.   The great and powerful Oz.

As an agent at Rudd Real Estate & Associates, I am so greatful to work in an environment that is supportive.   Yes, we are all commission only, and I’m not going to lie,   there are times when things can get a little sticky, but when it all settles, we are family.
